The Go Giver

Just finished the book The Go Giver today.

Well technically i didn’t read it, i got the audio book online and finished listening to it.

I have to say it is a really really good book.

The 5 main principles explained in the book for stratospheric success are:

1. The Law of Value

Your true worth is determined by
how much more you give in value than you take in payment.

2. The Law of Compensation

Your income is determined by
how many people you serve and how well you serve them.

3. The Law of Influence

Your influence is determined by
how abundantly you place other people’s interests first.

4. The Law of Authenticity

The most valuable gift you have to offer is yourself

5.  The Law of Receptivity

The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving.

I recommenced you read it.

I actually got the audio book for FREE.

HOW?

If you go to audible.com you can get a free 30 day trial and the ability to download one audio book. I signed up for the trial and used my one book token for this book. You can always cancel before the 30 days if your not interested in their service.

My SUPER saving tip for the day 😉

    Hi Super-Raj!

I am ashamed to admit I have not read the book. I actually borrowed the audio version from my local library for free, but every time I tried to listen to it at night I fell asleep! But thanks to your post, you just gave me the Cliff notes with the key points of the book. Thanks!

Those are the main 5 laws explained in the book.

But you should listen to it when you get a chance, maybe not at night though 😛

It is well worth it, gives you a better example of how “Joe” in the book applied these concepts 🙂
